Attorney Laurie Baker of Charlotte; incompetent boob

The State of South Carolina presented Laurie Anne Baker with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Campbell University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Laurie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Improperly limited objectives of client representation without first consulting with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted non-lawyer in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly violated oath of office

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Laurie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Laurie practices with Baker Law PLLC at 3426 Toringdon Way in Charlotte, North Carolina.
