Attorney Kenneth Massey of Calabash, NC; lying repeat offender

The State of South Carolina presented Kenneth Blaine Massey with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Antioch University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

Kenny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Knowingly offered evidence he knew to be false
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kenny!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

• Knowingly made false statement of fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
