Attorney Stephen Pstrak of Gilbert, SC; repeat offender

The State of South Carolina presented Stephen M. Pstrak with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Regent University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made a material misrepresentation (lied) of fact about another lawyer
  • Stated or implied an ability to improperly influence government agent or official
  • Knowingly violated the rules of professional conduct

As one would suspect this wasn’t Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 8-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Stevie practices at 126 New Village Road in Gilbert, South Carolina.
