Attorney Anthony Alvarez of Miami; moronic loser

The state of Florida provided Anthony Alvarez with a law license in 1994.

The Florida State Bar found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain matter sufficiently to permit a client to make informed decisions
• Failed to provide clients with written fee agreements
• Failed to maintain records of receipts or payments made by clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
