Attorney Kathryn Barnhill of West Des Moines; Dumbo, repeater

The state of Iowa presented Kathryn S. Barnhill with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• District court slapped Kathy with sanctions for engaging in frivolous conduct
• Misconduct caused financial harm
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kathy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Kathy practices with Barnhill & Associates PLLC at 1721 25^th Street in West Des Moines, Iowa.
