Judge Howard Grodman of Flagstaff; potty mouth loser

The state of Arizona presented Howard B. Grodman with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct has charged Judge Grodman with the following misconduct.

• Used court email address to communicate with court employees and elected officials about campaign business
• Used profanity and name-calling when referring to this opponent in the judicial election, Warren Sanford, in various emails
• Passed out campaign leaflets at court-sponsored events
• Posted campaign literature at the Cameron Post Office, which is knew was in violation of federal law
• Spoke to a court employee about a Facebook post in which the employee had voiced her support for Mr. Sanford
• Used court email to get an endorsement from a contractor who did work for the court
• Retaliated against Sanfordby requesting that Sanford’s hours as a justice of the peace pro tem be reduced, that Sanford not be assigned to cases from his court and that Sanford not be paid from the justice court’s budget
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Abused the prestige of his judicial office for the purpose of advancing his personal and/or economic interests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

The main reason that Bloom targeted Mr. Sanford during the election was to assure that he could continue to receive his undeserved judicial salary of $101,500 a year.

All that is left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Bloom by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission.
