Attorney Robert Foster of Greenville, SC; ethical gremlin

The State of South Carolina presented Robert Paul Foster with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding objectives of representation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted non-attorney in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Bobby practices with the Foster Law Firm LLC at 601 East McBee Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina.
