Attorney Francis Humphries Jr. of Myrtle Beach; ethical elf

The State of South Carolina presented Francis A. Humphries Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Francis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Failed to make reasonably diligent effort to comply with discovery request
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Francis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Francis practices with Monckton Hembree Mureddu & Humphries PA at 1300 Professional Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
