Attorney Richard Lester of Myrtle Beach; moronic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Richard Everett Lester with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: representation
  • Failed to consult with client re: means by which objections were to be pursued
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Assisted a non-lawyer in the illegal practice of law
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of others

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Dick practices with Lester & Lester PA at 1303 Azalea Court in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
