Attorney Wesley Mussio of Vancouver, BC; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Wesley Mussio with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Wes guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client trust funds into trust account
• Failed to honor implied undertaking to not release funds to client before providing executed release to opposing counsel
• Personally retained fees to which his law firm was lawfully entitled too (cheater)
• Failed to provide client with writing accounting for application of fees and disbursements in regards to settlement funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee punished Wes by gifting him with a complimentary $14,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Wes practices with Mussio Goodman at 2050-1188 West Georgia Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
