Attorney John Sandrelli of Vancouver, BC; ethical elf

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented John R. Sandrelli with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached an undertaking imposed upon him by the rules of conduct
• Improperly instructed his firm’s bank to place a stop payment on a check
• Failed to recognize any harm he visited on victim

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $10,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Johnny practices with Dentons Canada LLP at 250 Howe Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
