Attorney William Faminoff of Vancouver, BC; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented William T. Faminoff with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy prepared and back dated 44 statements of accounts dating 44 statements of accounts with the intention to mislead the auditor who was conducting a Law Society compliance audit of Billy’s law practice.

In a second matter, Billy breached the Law Society Rules by improperly handling client trust funds on numerous occasions and by his failure to maintain accounting records.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Billy practices at 808 Nelson Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
