Attorney David Salzillo of Cranston, RI; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts provided David A. Salzillo with a law license in 1989.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Billed client for expenses he never incurred (crook)
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly billed client for fees in Social Security matter in excess of what the law allowed

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary order to perform 75 hours of community service.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Dave practices with the Law Office of David A. Salzillo at 1150 Park Avenue in Cranston, Rhode Island.
