Attorney Bruce Gladstein of Pawtucket, RI; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts provided Bruce Peter Gladstein with a law license in 1994.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay $5,000 from settlement for client medical expense
• Failed to provide client with accounting of settlement funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
• Converted (stole) client funds to his own personal use
• Improperly paid home mortgage, car lease payments, personal credit card bills and other personal expenses from trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Bruce practices at 750 East Avenue in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
