Attorney Robert Karns of Middletown, RI; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts provided Robert T. Karns with a law license in 1988. Bobby also received a law license from Massachusetts in 1974 and the District of Columbia in 1990.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the improper solicitation of client in West Virginia
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Bobby practices with the Karns Law Group at 6 Valley Road in Middletown, Rhode Island.
