Attorney Richard Pacia of Pawtucket; ethical dwarf

The state of Rhode Island provided Richard A. Pacia with a law license in 1980.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Major discrepancies in trust account
• Shortfall of client funds in trust account
• Serious mismanagement of client trust accounts
• Lack of oversight of client accounts bordered on recklessness
• Named as defendant in several legal malpractice lawsuits

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Dick practices at 50 Power Road in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
