As a consequence of him misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Augustus by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

• Filed inaccurate disclosure re: compensation received from client
• Failed to disclose fee sharing agreement with another law firm
   
  
• Failed to provide clients with various required notices under bankruptcy code
• Failed to disclose existence of pending personal injury claim on client’s bankruptcy schedule
• Submitted filings purporting to contain client's electronic signature that client did not sign
