Judge David Sanders of Martinsburg, WV; incompetent boob

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Sanders improperly dismissed fifty-three (53) counts of a fifty-four (54) count indictment that was return against Elizabeth Shanton for fraud regarding her use of the state’s “P-card.”

JeffersonCountyProsecutor Ralph Lorenzetti Jr. so a writ of prohibition from the West Virginia Supreme Court prohibiting Judge Sanders from enforcing his 54 count dismissal of criminal charges.

The Supreme Court issued the writ of prohibition in favor of Prosecutor Lorenzetti by ruling that Judge Sander’s ruling was clearly erroneous. The court went on to cite West Virginia law that made each instance of the fraudulent use of the P-CA card a separate and distinct criminal violation of the law.

Of course Judge Sanders doesn’t give a damn how many times the Supreme Court reverses his asinine rulings since he cannot be removed from the bench for being a Moron.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Sanders continues to sit as a judge on the 23^rd Judicial Circuit Court in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
