Judge Gray Silver III of Martinsburg, WV; incompetent boob

The state of Ohio presented Gray Silver III with a law license in 1979.

In one matter, the petitioners and plaintiffs, which included 12 children and 11 parents from 6 families sought to prohibit the enforcement of an order issued by Judge Silver.

In regards to said order, Judge Silver adopted the findings of a discovery commissioner that the guardian ad litem appointed to represent Michael Jensen, an incarcerated defendant should continue to serve, in effect, as Jensen’s attorney ad litem.

Judge Silver’s order also required that the plaintiffs bear one-half of the costs of the continued appointment of the guardian ad litem.

The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals granted the writ to prohibit the enforcement of Judge Silver’s order. In it’s order, the Supreme Court ruled that Silver’s order “is clearly erroneous as a matter of law.”  The Court then granted the writ which voided Judge Silver’s ignorant ruling.

Of course Judge Silver doesn’t much give a damn how many times a higher court overrules his asinine rulings because he knows that he cannot be remove from office for being a certified moron.

Unfortunately, it is the taxpayers of West Virginia who have to foot the bill for Judge Silver’s incompetence.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Silver continues to sit as a 23^rd Judicial Circuit Court judgefor Berkeley County in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
