Attorney Eric Kessler of Mesa, AZ; ethical Ogre

The state of Arizona presented Eric W. Kessler with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Submitted inaccurate billing statement
• Falsely claimed time for work office employee performed
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to court at State Bar regarding his fees
• Improperly shared fees with non-lawyer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Eric practices at 240 North Center in Mesa, Arizona.
