Attorney Jahuda Kaminer of Ontario, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Jahuda Kaminer with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Queens University Law School.

The Law Society found Jahuda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Had sex with a client’s wife that he was representing in family law matter
• While representing the husband, Jahuda wined and dined his wife and took her to at least one casino
• Violated duty of loyalty to client
• Failed to exhibit remorse for his misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the disciplinary panel punished Jehuda by gifting him with a 6-month suspension of his law license.
