The state of Louisiana presented William Harrell Arata with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Billy admitted to illegally buying opiates, using marijuana and using cocaine at least one time.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.
