Judge Victoria Griffin of Vero Beach, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Victoria L. Griffin with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) found Judge Griffin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated Florida Elections Laws
• Failed to follow and appreciate the laws of Florida
• Engaged in inappropriate campaign conduct
• Engaged in campaign related gamesmanship

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Judge Griffin by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Victoria continues to sit as a Circuit Court judge in Vero Beach, Florida.
