Attorney James Kilbreth III of Portland, ME; ethical misfit

The state of Maine presented James T. Kilbreth III with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy failed to abide by disciplinary rules that required that she put forth efforts to ensure law firm has in effect measures giving reasonable assurance that all lawyers in the firm conform to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Eric practices with Drummond Woodsum at 84 Marginal Way in Portland, Maine.
