Attorney Nelson Turner of Portland, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Nelson A. Toner with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Nelson guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to uphold duties owed to client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Nelson by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Nelson practices with Bernstein Shur at 100 Middle Street in Portland, Maine.
