Attorney Alice Neal of Portland, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Alice A. Neal with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the New York Law School. 

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Alice guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise clients of status of legal matter involving adoption
• Failed to return client property

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Alice by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Alice practices in Portland, Maine.
