The District of Columbia presented with a law license in 1991. Ann also received a law license from New Hampshire, New York, Minnesota and Virginia.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ann guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made materially false statements in application for New York license
• Failed to disclose material facts in application for New York license
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Ann by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
