The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie obtained the reissuance of a patent that was supported by false

and/ormisleading declarations.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Stevie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Stevie found it acceptable to falsify an exhibit and use it to trick an 

opposition witness during a deposition.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

Stevie’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly withheld material information from Patent Office
• Made materially misrepresentations to the Patent Office

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
