Attorney Theodore Silva Jr. of Arlington, VA; druggie

The state of Virginia presented Theodore S. Silva Jr. with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to complete work for client as promised
• Falsified signatures of other persons
• Falsely notarized various documents’
• Falsely advised client that work had been competed
• Pled guilty to possession of cocaine

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Teddy practices with Capital Impact Partners at 2011 Crystal Drive in Arlington, Virginia.
