Attorney Jean Barnett of West Palm Beach, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Jean J. Barnett with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Trust account had insufficient funds
• Negligent in bookkeeping practices
• Failed to maintain required minimum trust account records
• Failed to comply with minimum trust account procedures

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jean by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Jean practices at 500 South Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida.
