Attorney Barbara Trescott of Ft. Myers, FL; druggie

The state of Florida presented Barbara Mathews Trescott with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Barb guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Barb pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and/or use of illegal drugs. She also pled guilty to reckless driving.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Barb continues to practice in Fort Myers, Florida.
