Attorney William Bruce of Memphis; druggie

The state of Tennessee provided William Robert Bruce with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy entered a plea to Criminal Attempt Possession of a Controlled Substance, which was a misdemeanor. Subsequently the criminal charge was dismissed after Billy completed a diversion program.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Billy practices at 44 North 2^nd Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
