Attorney Thomas Brock of Winston Salem, NC; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented Thomas E. Brock with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose cancellation fee to buyer in home purchase matter
• Failed to make necessary disclosures re: fees to purchaser of home

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Tommy practices with Brock and Scott PLLC at 1315 Westbrook Plaza Drive in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
