Attorney Keith Bishop of Durham, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Keith A. Bishop with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with legally binding discovery requests
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Keith practices with Keith A. Bishop PLLC at 1802 Martin King Luther King Jr. Parkway in Durham, North Carolina.
