Attorney Eric Ellison of Winston Salem; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina provided Eric Serge Ellison with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Violated several advertising rules
  • Failed to promptly respond to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eric!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Eric practices with the Ellison Law Firm at 112 North Marshall Street in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
