Solicitor Michael Ghobrial of New South Wales; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Michael Ghobrial with a law license in 1999.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $4,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Mike practices with Ghobrial Legal at The Broadwalk Arcade in Penrith, New South Wales.
