Attorney Frederick Ettl of South Bend; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana provided Frederick Brooks Ettl with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communication with judge
• Failed to provide required notice to husband in divorce matter
• Failed to provide information to court regarding failure to provide husband with notice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Freddy practices at 1202 Lincolnway East in South Bend, Indiana.
