Solicitor Con Georgas of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society presented Con John Georgas with a law license in 1989.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Con guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Falsely attested to a loan contract
• Falsely attested to a home mortgage document

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Con by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,000 fine.

Because Attorney Misfits in New South Wales are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Con was never criminally charged with fraud.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Con practices with Williams Boxsell Georgas at 9 Terminus Street in Castle Hill, New South Wales.
