Attorney Kenneth Lauter of Fishers, IN; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Kenneth Edward Lauter with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct. 

In one matter, Kenny found it acceptable to not adequately communicate basis for fee to client despite the fact that the rules required him to so act.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Kenny practices in Fishers, Indiana.
