Attorney G. George Bertram of Russell Springs, KY; convicted druggie

The state of Kentucky presented G. George Bertram with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found George guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, George was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, the latter being a felony.

In another matter, George found it acceptable to appear in the McCreary Circuit Court while under the influence of Oxycontin (Hillbilly Heroin).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2015), George practices at 200 Progress Drive in Russell Springs, Kentucky.
