Attorney David Rossi of Cleveland; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented David Joseph Rossi with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave found it acceptable to communicate on the subject of his representation to with a party he absolutely knew was represented by counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Dave practices with David J. Rossi LPA at 2025 Murray Hill Road in Cleveland, Ohio.
