Attorney William Seall of Dayton; felonious tax cheat

The state of Ohio presented William Herbert Seall with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Notre Dame University Law School.

The Dayton Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of conspiracy to commit tax fraud, a felony
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Sentenced to 4 month in prison for tax fraud conviction

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Billy practices with Coolidge Wall Co. LPA at 33 West First Street in Dayton, Ohio.
