Attorney Isabel Suarez of Dayton, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Bradley Aaron Reisenfeld with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Isabel guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Isabel found it acceptable to write two checks from a client trust account to cover a deficit in her former law firm’s operating account.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Isabel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Isabel practices with the Law Office of Isabel Suarez LLC at 765 Troy Street in Dayton, Ohio.
