Attorney Herbert Derivan of Middletown, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented Herbert Thomas Derivan with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.

The Butler County Bar Association found Herb guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Herb was negligent in failing to file a responsive memorandum in a case within the appropriate statute of limitations.

Making matters worse, Herb found it acceptable to deliberately manufacture a document to exonerate himself and presented it as genuine in a formal disciplinary proceedings.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Herb by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Herb practices at 4902 Brookhaven Drive in Middletown, Ohio.
