Attorney David Robinson of Columbus, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented David Jerome Robinson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Destroyed business records he removed from former law firm
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Made false and misleading statements denying possession of documents during a sworn deposition (perjury)
• Made false statements during pretrial hearing in lawsuit filed against him by his former law firm
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Dave practices with The Montrose Group LLC at 106 Montrose Way in Columbus, Ohio.
