Attorney Theodore Roe of Portland, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Theodore M. Roe with a law license in 1999.

The Oregon State Bar found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Made misrepresentations (lied) in court filings meant to mislead the trial court
• Charged an excessive fee (crook)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Actual injury suffered by victims of Teddy’s misconduct
• Acted with selfish motive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Teddy practices with the Roe Law Firm LLC in Portland, Oregon.
