Attorney Roger Brown of Lynwood, IL; repeat offender

The state of Illinois presented Roger L. Brown with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Provided clients with prohibited financial assistance in several personal injury matters

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Roger’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Roger practices at 19729 South Crescent Avenue in Lynwood, Illinois.

Warning: Roger does not carry legal malpractice insurance
