Attorney Jeffrey Robertson of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Jeffrey G. Robertson with a law license in 2003.

The Oregon State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided erroneous advice to client regarding arbitration
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Continued to represent client after conflict of interest arose
• Failed to obtain client’s consent to further representation in the face of an ongoing conflict of interest
• Acted knowingly in regards to misconduct
• Misconduct caused client to suffer substantial injuries

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Donnie practices with Barran Liebman LLP at 601 SW Second Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
