Attorney Kevin Pritchett of Oak Brook, IL; ethical misfit

The state of Illinois presented Kevin Odell Pritchett with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one case, Kevin failed to promptly refund $2,300 in advance fee payments that he received in regard to two different legal matters.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Bryan practices with The Law Office of Kevin O. Pritchett, Inc. at 800 Commerce Drive in Oak Brook, Illinois.
