Attorney Henry Martinez Jr. of Solana Beach, CA; convicted pervert

The state of California provided Henry John Martinez Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter Hank was convicted in Minnesota of misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct for improperly touching his adult stepdaughter without her consent.

As consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Hank practices in Solana Beach, California, which is located in San Diego County.
